Two years ago our house went off the market, Stuart was the only one of many agents who called to come and see our house and talk with us even though we were not ready to go back on the market. He kept in touch and this spring with multiple agents calling with conflicting and confusing offers, Stuart was the one we called. His market analysis was thorough and complete and his plan for selling made good sense. That was the beginning of a successful real estate sale.Stuart's enthusiasm for our house was infectious. We were a bit skeptical about a quick sale after our last experience two years ago, but we couldn't help getting tickled at his excitement. We said that if enthusiasm sold houses, Stuart would have ours sold in an hour. From the beginning he encouraged us to look at available properties so that we would be educated buyers when we found the house for us and sure enough we found the one we wanted even before the for sale sign was in the yard. Stuart skillfully negotiated our sale and beat out the other offers to get the house we wanted.We know that agents get blamed for slow markets and praised in hot ones, but even if we hadn't sold our house, Stuart would still be at the top of our list. Did he go beyond the call of duty? You bet! From promptly answering calls to bringing us moving boxes to strapping our water heaters to digging up the access to the septic for inspection. What more could we expect? Even when we got a bit cranky with all of the inspections, forms and signatures, Stuart remained calm and steered us through it with good humor.
